Interview with Jon, webmaster of Futurama Merchandise Page
SSF: Ok, can you please state your name, anonymous Webmaster? Anonymous Webmaster: me be Jon. SSF: Is that your full name. Jon: You don't need my full name :p SSF: So, how did you get interested in Futurama, Jon? Jon: I got into Futurama once I realized Matt Groening wanted to make a new sci-fi show, way back in 1999-98 SSF: Cool, I remember that time period Jon nods. SSF: So when exactly did you decide to become a webmaster and make a Futurama site? Jon: well, I always helped out the old sites how ever I could with information and such. I remember being so happy when Hari from TFA updated with Futurama Video Game info I got about 2 years ago. After that, I realized I wanted to just make my own crappy little site with information I gathered from the net and other sources involving Futurama merchandise SSF: So you're really into Merchandise? Jon: Yeah, I guess. Although I dont buy much SSF: Obviously you're one of the only merchandising pages, so how long would you say it takes you to gather your information? Jon: depends, I'm lazy, so I just update with what I find SSF: How long has FMP been up? Jon: over a year SSF: So do you have any huge plans for the future? Jon: yes, yes I do, and no, I aint telling you about them :P well, ok, you get a hint I plan on making an archive site for something... but thats it. :P SSF: Well it was nice talking to you Jon, good luck, and is there anything else you want to say about your site?
