 Dwight is son of Hermese and Labarbara Conrad. He look like his father - he is Jamaican, has dark skin and also his hair looks similar (maybe longer).
He was supposed to be intruduced in episode '3ACV12 The Route of All Evil', in which Cubert and Dwight are suspended from school for illegal use of the AV equipment and they form a business - a competing delivery company that threatens the existence of Planet Express. This episode wasn't aired (according to production code) neither in season 3 nor season 4, it was shift to season 5. Therefore we can notice him in season 4: in episode 'Anthology of Interest II' (in Leela's story with Cubert, Tinny Tim, a gay Neptunian elf, a grunka-lunka and Glurmo) and in episode 'Leela of Her Own', where he plays blernsball against signoids.
Dwight is a friend and schoolmate of Cubert, he spend time with him. You will not enjoy him much in the series.

I also think that Dwight was extremely unnecessary to the series. And he should die.
